Modernizing the Self Assessment and VAT Return with Making Tax Digital

Our consultants have worked as Snr Designers and Product Managers on high profile HMRC project (Making Tax Digital for VAT and Income Tax), from Discovery through to Beta.

Leading a collaborative design approach across the team, ensuring the user is considered when making decisions with stakeholders and product teams. Involved in user research, mapping mental models and user journeys and prototype building.

Our solid understanding of accessibility, user centred design and agile allows for wider design thinking and transitional designs, scaling up MVP products to full services catering to all user needs. Deep knowledge of GDS with a successful track record in external GDS assessments and design reviews.
