Collaborative design leads
We focus on delivering design leadership across digital services. Design is most effective when carried out in collaboration, whether thats co-desiging with users, sketching with internal teams, working with product owners to visualise a services strategy. Sharing design helps us remove the risk of bias, especially in remote teams.

Design Quickly
"Takt" from the German word "Taktzeit," which refers to the rhythm or beat of a process.
This could be interpreted as a metaphor for the process of designing user-centered products or services, where the rhythm or beat represents the user's needs and desires.
Collect Leads
"TAKT time" in manufactoring, is the time available per "thing" to meet the demand of its user.
We aren't a design factory, but we do like the lean approach, to ensure we meet the demand of users, but careful not to over design. This potential impacts time scales, budgets and even sustainability.

Barry Khan
Design LeadBarry is a Service Designer and Interaction Design Lead with over 18 years experience spanning private and public sector. When not designing, I'm usually with my family, playing basketball or out and about with a camera.
Louise Harvey
Researcher & Environmental AdvisorLouise is our environmental advisor and researcher. Louise has over 15 years environmental experience, including auditing and training.
